It provides an opportunity to reflect on how you wish to experience your life and to recognize the behaviors and patterns that support or hinder your goals. It allows space for realistic and positive self-talk and can help break the cycles of rumination and negative thinking. Regular journal writing can encourage creativity and stress relief. I work with you by providing journal prompts specific to your goals. Together we create a practice that feels sustainable and manageable.

If you are wanting to feel powerful in your body, mind, and spirit private instruction tailored to fit your specific needs can be incredibly helpful. We work on the same topics covered in a group self-defense setting but are able to dive deeper into how you relate to specific topics and truly develop your inner warrior.
