Helena's Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo is made up of a community whose focus is based on the many areas of Health & Wellness including Alternative Healing Practices, Physical, Metaphysical, Spiritual, Nutritional, Environmental, Holistic and more. Tickets are only $5 and can be purchased ahead of time. 12 and under are free.

I will be offering a 30-minute chakra reading using Tarot and oracle cards, followed by a brief energy healing protocol to invite healing and flow into all areas of your energetic body.
